Flight Night is Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance’s signature fundraising event. Flight Night directly supports impactful K-12 STEM education programs and projects, nurturing curiosity and empowering the next generation of Oklahoma leaders. As a cornerstone of our mission, this event ensures that high-quality STEM experiences are accessible to youth statewide.
Founded in Tulsa decades ago by the visionary Ray H. Siegfried II, Flight Night has evolved into an extraordinary outdoor airshow gala, reimagined by his children in 2014. Today, we continue to honor his legacy. The Flight Night event is proudly operated by its longtime beneficiary, Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance, with the Siegfried family actively engaged as honorary chairs. Together, we are dedicated to our goal of supporting STEM education in Oklahoma by providing learning opportunities for ALL youth.

In-School Experiences
We advocate for ambitious curricula, access to STEM supplies, and high-quality teacher development to create thriving STEM environments, boosting student engagement, achievement, and STEM identity.
Out-of-school Experiences
We champion diverse programs—afterschool activities, summer camps, family nights, field trips, and community projects—to enrich students' experiences, improve academic performance, boost graduation rates, and inspire STEM career aspirations.
Professional Experiences
We organize competitions and mentorship experiences to challenge students and foster impactful mentor-mentee relationships, ensuring they receive personalized guidance and encouragement throughout their STEM journey.
